Another basic form of meditation with helpful tips and hints.

This is also useful to listen to as a beginner. There are many useful and helpful hints that work with all that Deepak described in the previous video. Feel free to experiment with what seems to work for you. It takes time and practice but the results are surely worth the effort you make.

So, if you study this and the previous video on meditation and review every once in a while your practice will greatly improve in many ways. At first there is a learning curve that you have to get through. This will be easier for some than others. That doesn't matter. What does matter is that you stick with it and if you slack off for a while, just get right back into it and don't worry about it. Just like in your meditation when your mind wanders and gets caught up in thinking, just gently bring your attention back to the breath. Always be gentle and you will make great progress. Once you get your first experience of "no-mind" and everything is still you will experience great joy. This is where you want to be. Some call it "Bliss consciousness" where you are connected to the Divine and receive inspiration for all that you do.
