How Ho'oponopono started

Here is some history of the Ho'oponopono healing system and how it developed to it's present day form, as taught by Joe Vitale. 
Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona developed the technique. Then Dr. Hew Len used it in a clinical setting with complete documentation of it's effectiveness at the Hawaii State Hospital . Joe Vitale heard of it through the grapevine and sought to meet and learn from Dr. Hew Len. Which he did after a year's long search. Joe Vitale a certified hypnotherapist immediately recognize the healing potential and wrote the book; Zero Limits where he describes the technique in detail and sites numerous testimonials from students and patients alike.

Dr Hew Len worked in a psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane for 3 years. He was faced with a host of rapists killers; all were extremely violent people. It was truly was a mad house with seemingly impossible problems in every area, staff quitting, housing, fighting, maintenance was poor, moral was terrible and the patients never left. They were often hand cuffed and bound to keep them out of trouble and under some sort of control.
Dr Hew Len never saw his patients in a therapy session in or out of his office. Instead he would retreat to his office and look at one patient's file. He would do Ho'oponopono. In time, 3 years later all the patients were released because they were no longer a threat to themselves or society. The hospital was eventually closed.

Ho'oponopono blessing and prayer

Here is the original blessing/prayer as taken from Joe Vitale's book, Zero Limits page 45

"Divine creator, father, mother, son as one . . . If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words deeds and actions from the beginning of your creation it the present, we ask your forgiveness. . . . Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light. . . .  And it is done."

Carol experienced a miracle less that 24 hours after learning Ho'oponopono

This is what Carol said the next morning after I taught her how to do Ho'oponopono in about 5 minute. Carol had never heard of this before and here is what she said the very next morning:
